Mid-Term is Wednesday, May 1st.  It is the last day to withdraw from a class. 

Spring Term Financial Aid Assistance Check Pick-Up

The Financial Aid Assistance checks will be available Thursday, May 2nd.  On campus and online students may pick up their checks from 10:00am-1:00pm or from 3:00pm-5:00pm.
Students unable to pick up their checks at the designated time; you may come in on a later date after 9:30am.  Reminder: Student Financial Services office is closed on Fridays.

The National Center for Competency Testing will be offering the exam for the National Certified Medical Assistant at Mountain State College in the Learning Resources Center on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Current students must see Leasa Davis to sign up for the exam. Applications and fees must be completed and paid online. The cost for current students and those that graduated in last 6 months is $90.00. The cost for other students is $135.00. Students must complete the application and pay for the exam 2 weeks prior to the exam date. (Applications, fees and paperwork must be submitted to NCCT by Thursday, April 18, 2019 to sit for the exam given on Friday, May 3, 2019.) This exam is given online and there are 8 spaces available, so you will need to sign up as soon as possible. If you are a current student please see Leasa Davis in Room #5 to sign up for the exam. All students taking the exam are encouraged to purchase the Interactive Review package for NCCT to study for the exam.

The 2019-2020 FAFSA Form is Here!

The 2019-2020 FAFSA application became available October 1, 2018 and is available until June 30, 2020.  Some financial aid funds are limited so it is a good idea to apply as soon as possible.  You can apply at                                   
The IRS DRT is available for the 2019-2020 FAFSA cycle.  You can transfer 2017 tax return information from the IRS into your FAFSA. Contact the Student Financial Services Office at 304-485-5487 or email if you have any questions.
